Renter agrees to abide by facility rules and policies associated with the designed areas of the rental.


Renter agrees to use the designated areas of the facility for the rental. Renter will be allowed set up and tear down time 30 mins before and after the scheduled rental time.


Renter agrees to pay Altoona Campus (AC) the rental fee 2 weeks prior to the scheduled rental date. AC reserves the right to cancel the rental if not paid in full prior to said date.


Renter is eligible for a complete refund due to weather or other unforeseen events up until the day of the rental. Once the scheduled rental time has passed and weather or other unforeseen events has deemed it necessary to cancel the rental, the full refund the rental will be forfeited. However, the refundable deposit fee of $50 will be returned to the Renter.


Renter is required to restore the entire area used for the rental to its original condition immediately following the conclusion of the scheduled rental time. This includes, but not limited to, cleaning of all tables and chairs and returned to where Renter got them. Cleaning of all floors if needed and placing trash into proper containers outside of the AC building. After satisfactory clean up of the entire area has been performed then AC will return or refund the deposit fee of $50.


If damages to the rental space or equipment occurs, Renter agrees to pay AC the cost of the repairs within 30 days of written notice of repairs or equipment replacement.


Renter may not provide alcoholic beverages while on or around the premises of AC.


Renter agrees to defend, indemnify and hold AC harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising or resulting directly or indirectly from the use or occupancy by the Renter, its employees, contractors, agents, officers, guests and/or invitees due to any act or omission of any such person.
